Since 2012, Tim Fleiszer has been the Executive Director at the Sports Legacy Institute Canada; a non-profit company dedicated to the study, treatment and prevention of the effects of brain trauma in athletes. He is also currently a Partner and Certified Player Agent at Gil Scott Sports Management. Previously, he played ten years as a defensive lineman in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and won Grey Cups with four different teams.
