Senior Director, Diversity & Inclusion, National Hockey League

Brian Blake is the National Hockey League’s (NHL) first Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion. In this role, Brian is building an engagement strategy across the league and leads efforts in advising NHL Clubs on the best practices in recruitment, culture, and growth strategies with diverse audiences. Previously Brian was the founding principal of Learning & Leadership Development Solutions where his sole practice area was focused on learning solutions and innovations related to diversity and inclusion.
