Co-Chair, The Carnegie Initiative  

Bryant was the first Black executive at the National Hockey League, where he served as VP, Business Development until 2000. Currently, Bryant is the Co-Chair of the Carnegie Initiative where they work to make hockey more diverse and inclusive. Bryant spends his time promoting the messages in his documentary “Willie” about the first black player in the NHL. He has served on many different Boards as well.
