Bob Nicholson is the current Chief Executive Officer of Oilers Entertainment Group and is responsible for overseeing all business and hockey operations for the Edmonton Oilers. Previously, Nicholson was President and CEO of Hockey Canada from 1988-2014 and handled operations for competitions that Canada participated in internationally including, but not limited to, the IIHF World Hockey Championships and Olympic Winter Games. During his tenure Canadian hockey teams won 72 medals, of which 44 were gold, and 7 Olympic gold medals. Nicholson also held senior management roles with the Canadian Hockey Association and Canadian Amateur Hockey Association.
