Partner – Miller Thomson LLP and Legal Counsel – NHL Clubs in Salary Arbitrations

André Nowakowski is a Partner in the Labour and Employment Law Department at Miller Thomson where he specializes in advising management in all areas of labour relations and employment law matters. As part of his work, Nowakowski serves as counsel to various National Hockey League clubs in salary arbitration disputes with players. He is also the Co-Chair of the Sports and Entertainment Industry Group.
