Play By Play – Toronto Raptors

Matt Devlin joined the Toronto Raptors as the play-by-play TV announcer in 2008. Prior to his work with Toronto, Devlin gained years of NBA experience calling the Charlotte Bobcats and Memphis Grizzlies games as well as working for TNT. He has also called NFL and Olympic broadcasts.
