The late Don Baizley will be remembered and known as one of the NHL’s most universally respected player agents. Prior to his death in June 2013, Baizley spent over 30 years representing some of hockey’s most prominent stars, including Teemu Selanne, Peter Forsberg, Joe Sakic, Paul Kariya and Saku Koivu.

Baizley was a mediator during the 2004-05 lockout and was inducted into the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame as a Builder in 2007. Known as a force for good in the game, Baizley lobbied hard for the league to improve concussion diagnosis and treatment for its players and advocated for the banning of fighting in the NHL.
