Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Lead at MLSE

In her current role as the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) at MLSE, Jennifer Reynolds is working on implementing the organization’s multi-year strategy on inclusion and engagement that brings together sports leagues, teams, employees, partners and fans. She also uses sport to advance social justice and is a frequent speaker on topics such as diversity and inclusion in the sports industry. Prior to this, Jennifer worked in various finance and corporate strategy positions, which has allowed her to apply a unique business perspective to the EDI landscape.
