Chief Strategic Development Officer, Canada Soccer

Earl Cochrane’s career has been heavily focused on soccer. Cochrane played soccer at Carlton University in Ottawa. He had worked as the National Teams Manager for Canada Soccer from 2001-2005, before becoming the Director of Communications. Cochrane was also the Director of Communications of D.C United FC for two years prior to his return to Canada. In 2006, Earl Cochrane became Toronto FC’s Academy Director, and eventually appointed to interim general manager in 2010.
