Jeff Hunt is a Canadian businessman who owns teams within the Canadian Football League (CFL), the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), and the North American Soccer League (NASL). As Owner and Governor of the Ottawa 67’s from 1998, he has taken an active role in the team’s sales, marketing, scouting, and hockey operations, aiming to provide fans with an NHL-calibre experience. Later, Hunt brought his sports acumen to the football field in 2008 when he and his ownership team were awarded a franchise. The Ottawa RedBlacks’ first CFL season kicked off in July 2014. Hunt is also the owner of the Ottawa Fury FC who play in the North American Soccer League (NASL).
