Harke was a Managing Director and National Practice Leader for Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) Canada Inc. from 1989 to 2013. In 2013, she became the CEO and Managing Director of Insight Insurance and Risk Management, an industry that she has worked in for over 30 years. Harke has a wide range of experience, working with hospitality, construction, manufacturing and non-profit industries, ensuring her clients properly assemble and manage necessary resources to complete comprehensive insurance programs.
